The lash tech opened the door about 39 minutes late and didn't even acknowledge when I told her she was late. A lot of lashes fell out that same night and I hadn't washed my face yet. Within a week most of the lashes fell and I didn't use oil based cleansers or oils on my skin. Not worth the price I paid at all.
First and foremost the lash work was good and I even booked a second appointment. They lasted about a month. I scheduled my second appointment with a lot of notice. My appointment was for a Saturday at 12:30 pm. I usually go this area to my nails so I had a nail appointment at 9 am which takes about three hours. I got a confirmation text on Friday. On Saturday I get a text at 8 am that my appointment was changed to 11 am out of nowhere. No one reached out to me to confirm that if that time works for me or to apologize for inconvenience. This is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL. I called to state this and she was not phased at all. I understand things come up but come on now. What gets me me more annoyed, I gave a 40 dollar tip the first time. Will not return. Step up your professionalism!
I’ve been coming to Naseffa for almost 3 years now, and In all honesty I don’t know why such bad reviews, first of all her work is great! And she’s super professional! Not sure why the need to say all those negative things. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with her and in her establishment. I’ve referred plenty of people as well and everyone is very satisfied with her work! I highly recommended her! Try for your self before making a decision based on reviews.
