The lash tech opened the door about 39 minutes late and didn't even acknowledge when I told her she was late. A lot of lashes fell out that same night and I hadn't washed my face yet. Within a week most of the lashes fell and I didn't use oil based cleansers or oils on my skin. Not worth the price I paid at all.
First and foremost the lash work was good and I even booked a second appointment. They lasted about a month. I scheduled my second appointment with a lot of notice. My appointment was for a Saturday at 12:30 pm. I usually go this area to my nails so I had a nail appointment at 9 am which takes about three hours. I got a confirmation text on Friday. On Saturday I get a text at 8 am that my appointment was changed to 11 am out of nowhere. No one reached out to me to confirm that if that time works for me or to apologize for inconvenience. This is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL. I called to state this and she was not phased at all. I understand things come up but come on now. What gets me me more annoyed, I gave a 40 dollar tip the first time. Will not return. Step up your professionalism!
I’ve been coming to Naseffa for almost 3 years now, and In all honesty I don’t know why such bad reviews, first of all her work is great! And she’s super professional! Not sure why the need to say all those negative things. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with her and in her establishment. I’ve referred plenty of people as well and everyone is very satisfied with her work! I highly recommended her! Try for your self before making a decision based on reviews.
When I first stumbled upon Fluff Lash Bar, she had mixed reviews but I decided to forge forward and try to support a local business. The lash tech’s work is decent but her professionalism and consistency is severely lacking. I got my first set here. However, I found it extremely difficult to communicate with the lash tech and create any kind of dialogue about aftercare etc which was frustrating because it was my first set of extensions. When I came back for my first fill, my appointment time was moved down which I agreed to to try and be flexible. After my fill I also noticed that one of my lashes had been glued to the skin near my eyelid which in turn negatively affected the final product. At this appointment I was also advised to use a different product to take care of my lashes and tried numerous times to buy the lash bath from this business but her availability was so inconsistent that I gave up eventually feeling like I had to chase her down. I decided to give this business one last shot in booking a lash removal and new set. I even called and discussed my booking with the lash tech however 30 mins after my appointment was confirmed they were cancelled with no follow up from the tech to try and reschedule or give any explanation. I left my experience with this business with a terrible taste in my mouth and the feeling that this tech only works with certain clients based on her own personal bias as I’ve been nothing but cordial and tried to work with her inconsistent schedule. I would not recommend supporting such an unprofessional business as your experience will most likely just end in frustration since there is zero communication from the lash tech. I’ve attached a screenshot of my cancellations and will be looking for another location to continue my lash journey. I would not recommend Fluff Lash Bar.
By far the BEST eyelash place I've ever been to. Not only is she so courteous and professional but she is also SO knowledgeable of all the latest and best lash products on the market. I am obsessed with my new lashes. Thank you so much for such amazing work. Repeat customer for sure!
